Most likely you running Print Logger software on a same server where SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Reporting Services is running also.
To resolve this problem, you can disable automatic start for "ReportServer" service if you do not use it.

Same effect can be caused by "World Wide Web Publishing" servise or any other software which use local port 80.

Or, if Reporting Services is required, you should change the port number for HTML and HTTP server.
You can use 81 for example.
