How can I use Print Logger with Windows Cluster Services?

Solution You should configure Print Logger as a "generic service" or "generic application".

1. Install Print Logger on all nodes.

2. Restart all nodes.

3. After restart, go to Administrative Tools -> Service and stop "HSLAB Print Logger" service, set start type to "Manual". Logon using account that you used to install Print Logger software and has administrator's permission on all printers. Repeat this steps on the other nodes.

4. Leave the "HSLAB Print Logger" service in stoped state. Cluster service will start it.
