Our print logger remains on "stopped" - the following error was in the report a bug: (Unrecorerable error in HSLAB Print Logger Server)

Solution

Note: please change "c:" drive letter according to your system.

1. Start -> Run -> cmd.exe. At cmd window type: "cd c:\Program Files\Handy Software Lab\HSLAB Print Logger SE" (without quotes) and press Enter;
2. please stop the PrintLoggerSE service, type "net stop PrintLoggerSE", then type: "plstSrv.exe -remove";
3. Type "del *.exe"
4. Type "del *.dll"
5. Install latest version of this software (http://www.printlogger.com/downloads/hslab-print-logger-se.exe ),
and if problem arise again, please send me all */log and *.elf files from folders:
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Handy Software Lab\HSLAB Print Logger Server\Logs
and
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Handy Software Lab\HSLAB Print Logger Server\Logs

Please use Start -> Run to opening these folders.
